Season Dates: March/April 2025 - October/November 2025
Pay: $20.50- $23.45/hour
Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
- Assists with performing inspections, testing, and repair of fire sprinkler, alarm, and burglar systems
- Assists the Fire Alarm Technician with installation and maintenance of security systems
- Assists with coordinating fire systems activities with the facility and project department, National Park Service, Location Management and Maintenance Personnel
- Assists with receiving, storing and shipping used batteries for recycling
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of general repair and maintenance operations
- Must be able to communicate efficiently at all levels
- Must be at least 21 years old and have valid driver’s license; good driving record required
- This position requires a DOT Physical
Physical Requirements Include:
- May require the use of respiratory protection and will require compliance with applicable regulations
- Capable of lifting and moving objects weighing up to 70 pounds
- Possess the physical stamina to withstand heavy, labor-related work in an outside environment, including standing, bending, kneeling and crawling for extended period of time
- Ability to walk long distances over uneven terrain and climb stairs and ladders in all types of weather conditions
