Meet Mia
Mia is a Risk and Sustainability Specialist at Grant Village. She discovered her passion for nature and protecting natural resources while on a volunteer trip to Biscayne National Park in 2015. There she helped to pick up over 500 pounds of garbage that washed up onto shore from the ocean. Her love of backpacking, camping, and spending time in nature is what brought her to Yellowstone. Her best advice for someone considering a Yellowstone job is “Don’t let any opportunity to meet someone slip away, you’ll regret it at the end of your time here. They are probably just as nervous as you, so be the one to take the first step!” In her free time, Mia enjoys listening to music, hiking, swimming, and hanging out with her friends in Grant Village.
